HP is hiring eligible and interested applicants for the post of Associate 3 at their Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India (Hybrid) location.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Supports intermediate level transactional processes that require independent judgment.
• Follows detailed documentation and instructions to execute a variety of process-oriented tasks to support demand and supply matching activities.
• Supports the business by answering questions with both quantitative and qualitative insights through data analysis and reporting.
• Identifies basic to complex level supply chain anomalies and seeks guidance for resolution.
• Maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies.
• Supports the training of new hires and lower level roles.

You would be the right if you have:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Typically has 2-3 years of related work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent understanding of demand and supply planning processes.
• Advanced written and verbal skills.
• Strong project management skills & Excellent multi-tasking ability.
• Availability to work extra hours when business needs arise (may include nights, weekends, holidays)
