Qualification and Experience for HPLNG Recruitment 2024:

Group Manager—Safety-

• The applicant must possess a diploma in industrial safety from an AICTE-approved or UGC-recognized university or deemed university, with a minimum grade of 60% for UR/OBC-NC/EWS candidates and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates, in addition to four years of full-time regular engineering degree in Fire and Safety or four years of full-time regular engineering degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation.

Experience-

• The candidate must have at least nine years of safety management experience, with three years spent in the large hydrocarbons sector.
• It is preferred if the applicant has 0–2 years of experience in the LNG industry. The candidate must possess extensive knowledge of potentially hazardous situations and how to control them in the oil and gas sector, as well as experience monitoring plant safety and systems related to safety, health, and the environment.
• The applicant’s Gujarati language proficiency will be preferred.

Senior Officer – Security-

• The applicant must possess a diploma in industrial safety from an AICTE-approved or UGC-recognized university or deemed university, with a minimum grade of 60% for UR/OBC-NC/EWS candidates and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates, in addition to four years of full-time regular engineering degree in Fire and Safety or four years of full-time regular engineering degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation.

Experience-

• The candidate must have at least two years of safety management experience, with one year of experience in the large hydrocarbons sector being required. It is preferred if the applicant has prior experience in the LNG industry.
• The candidate must possess extensive knowledge of potentially hazardous situations and how to control them in the oil and gas sector, as well as experience monitoring plant safety and systems related to safety, health, and the environment.
• The candidate needs to know the Gujarati language sufficiently.
