HSCC Recruitment 2024: HSCC is looking for competent candidates to fill the positions of Manager, Senior Manager, Deputy General Manager, Executive, and Deputy Manager. According to the official HSCC Recruitment 2024 announcement, 38 positions are available for seeking the above-mentioned positions. The selected contenders would receive a monthly salary that ranges from Rs. 30000 to Rs. 220000 according to the positions (mentioned below). The age limit to apply for the positions mentioned above is 45 years old.

Qualification and Experience Required for HSCC Recruitment 2024:
The following are the required education and work experience for HSCC Recruitment 2024 applicants:
Executive (Civil):
The candidate should have a Full Time Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Government recognized University/ Institute with 60% aggregate marks.
Experience:
The candidate should have a total of 02 years of experience in the field of PMC/ EPC.
The candidate should have relevant experience in construction-related activities i.e. execution/ supervision of construction works involving earthwork, pilling, Underground piping, Hospital building works, RCC works like deep foundations, the foundation of structure for heavy equipment, structural steel works for hospital buildings, technological structure and large value civil engineering projects etc. Candidate should have handled contracts, and closing of projects, Knowledge of ISO requirements for Quality Management System and HSE requirements at project sites will be added an advantage. Alternatively, the candidate should have experience in design, and coordination with various agencies involved like clients, consultants, and contractors, Estimation, and specification will be added advantages.
Weightage will be given to the candidates having working experience in Health care Infrastructure.
Deputy Manager (Corporate Communication):
The candidate should have a Full-time Post postgraduate degree in Mass Communication/ Journalism/ Advertising and Public Relations of two years from Government government-recognised Institute/University with 60% aggregative marks.
Experience:
The candidate should have a total of 07 years of experience, out of which 2 years of experience in one step below post (E1) in a scale of pay Rs.40000-140000 (IDA) or equivalent CDA scale (as applicable) if working in PSU/ Government or otherwise drawing minimum annual CTC of Rs.12 Lacs for the last two years if working in a private sector Company/Banks.
In-depth knowledge of print and electronic mass media as well as advertising.
Candidate should have excellent command in English both written and spoken. Candidate should have experience in corporate Imaging in the Public domain, In-house communication, Designing and production of Newsletters/ other publications.
Candidates having proficiency in the use of a Computer will be preferred.
Manager (Finance):
The candidate should have an Associate/ Fellow Member of ICAI/ICWAI or MBA (Finance) from a Government recognized University/ Institute with an aggregate of 60% marks in MBA (Finance).
Experience:
The candidate should have a total of 10 years of experience out of which 2 years of experience in one step below post (E2) in a scale of pay Rs.50000-160000 (IDA) or equivalent CDA scale (as applicable), if working in PSU/ Government or otherwise drawing minimum annual CTC of Rs.15 Lacs for the last two years if working in a private sector Company/Banks. Should have experience in managing working capital both at the unit and corporate level.
The candidate should have experience in the finalization of accounts at the unit level and consolidation of accounts at the corporate level. Knowledge of Indian GAAP and familiarity with IFRS shall be preferred. Should have exposure to preparation and monitoring Budget at the Corporate level including initiative cost control. Should have knowledge of direct and indirect taxes relevant to construction companies. Should have experience in handling internal, statutory and government audits. Should also be conversant with tendering procedures in PSU/ Government organizations and familiarity with computerized systems.
Senior Manager (Bio-Medical):
The candidate should have a Full Time Degree in Bio-Medical Engineering from Government recognized University/ Institute with 60% aggregate marks.
Experience:
The candidate should have a total of 14 years of experience, out of which 2 years of experience in one step below post (E3) in a scale of pay Rs.60000-180000 (IDA) or equivalent CDA scale (as applicable) if working in PSU/ Government or otherwise drawing minimum annual CTC of Rs.18 Lacs for the last two years if working in a private sector Company/Banks.
The candidate should have experience in handling procurement assignments, i.e., bid documentation, tendering, inspection and testing, logistics support, follow-up with client/Ministry for approval and payments etc.
Preference will be given to candidates from Govt/PSUs having experience in handling procurement of medical equipment and other instruments related to hospitals and laboratories through GeM. Weightage will be given to the candidates having working experience in healthcare infrastructure.
Deputy General Manager (Civil):
The candidate should have a Full Time Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Government recognized University/ Institute with 60% aggregate marks.
Experience:
The candidate should have a total of 18 years of experience in the field of PMC/ EPC/ Health Care Infrastructure/ Hospital Buildings, out of which 2 years of experience in one step below post (E-4) in a scale of pay Rs.70000-200000 (IDA) or equivalent CDA scale (as applicable), if working in PSU/ Government or otherwise drawing minimum annual CTC of Rs.20 Lacs for the last two years if working in a private sector Company/Banks.
