• Candidate must be Graduate with Full Time LLB from recognised University or Degree in Law (5 years integrated course) from a National Law School/ University / Deemed University with minimum 55% marks.

For Manager (CS)-

• Candidate must be a Qualified Company Secretary.

For Assistant Manager, Manager, Addt General Manager, Dy. General Manager and Dy. Manager (Civil)-

• Candidate must have Full Time degree in Engineering in relevant discipline with second Class or minimum 55% marks or equivalent, from a recognised University or Deemed University or Institute recognised by AICTE.

For Manager, Addt General Manager and Dy. Manager (Finance)-

• Candidate must be a Cost & Works Accountant (CWA)/Cost Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Cost Accountant of India OR Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered accountants India. OR Two years Full Time MBA (Finance)/MMS (Finance) from a recognised University or Deemed University or Institute recognised by AICTE with Second Class or 55% Marks OR Two years Full Time Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management (Finance) from an Institute recognised by AICTE with Second with 55%.

For Manager and Dy. Manager (HRM)-

• Candidate must have Two years Full-Time Post Graduate Degree/ PG Diploma.

Salary for HSCL Recruitment 2023:

For Manager (E-3)-

• The chosen applicant will receive a remuneration of up to Rs. 180000 per month.

For Dy. Manager (E-2)-
