IBTRD Recruitment 2024: Indian Bank Trust for Rural Development (IBTRD) is hiring candidates for the post of Financial Literacy Counselor (FLC) on a Contract Basis. There is only 01 vacancy for the assigned position. Based on the official IBTRD Recruitment 2024 notification, the aspirant will be appointed for a tenure period of 02 years, subject to annual review and renewal of the contract once in a year and extendable for a further 03 years based on the performance.
The applicant willing to apply for IBTRD Recruitment 2024 should be below 65 years old. In line with the official IBTRD Recruitment 2024 notification, the applicant will be assigned to GODDA (Jharkhand). Applicant must have 05 years of experience as an Officer in a Bank/Financial Institution to apply for IBTRD Recruitment 2024. Selected applicants will get a remuneration of Rs.15000 per month as per the IBTRD Recruitment 2024 official notification. According to the official notification for IBTRD Recruitment 2024, the candidates who are chosen will be paid Rs.15000 per month.
Eligible candidates will be called for a personal interview to examine their personal communication ability, leadership quality, attitude, problem-solving capacity, ability to get along with trainees, developmental approach, and so on. A demonstration or presentation to assess teaching skills and communication abilities may also be required.
