ICFRE Recruitment 2023: Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education (ICFRE) has released a notification regarding hiring candidates for the post of Project Associate and Senior Project Fellow on a contract basis . As per the ICFRE Recruitment 2023 official notification, there are 02 vacancies. Selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 04 months. Duration of engagement period may be curtailed or extended at the discretion of the Competent Authority and performance of the candidates in work disposal.
As per the ICFRE Recruitment 2023 official notification, the selected candidates will get a monthly salary up to Rs. 40000. Candidates applying for the post of Project Associate should be below the age of 35 years and the candidates applying for the post of Senior Project Fellow should be below the age of 32 years. Candidates will be selected through a personal interview. No TA/DA is admissible for this Walk in interview. Interested and eligible candidates should attend the walk-in interview at ADG(EM) at ICFRE H.Q. Room No.137, Dehradun. As per the ICFRE Recruitment 2023 official notification, the interview will held on 31.07.2023.

Mention below is the qualification required for ICFRE Recruitment 2023:
Project Associate-
Candidates applying for this job post should have First class Master’s degree in Botany with 05 year experience in Taxonomy of Plant species / Ecology and Environment Sciences/allied subjects having working experience in the ecological study and relevant field in case of developmental projects. Candidates should be Willingness to travel including field work to collect data, carryout desk based research, interpretation of data and experience in EIA/EMP report writing. Knowledge of working with Computer and statistical tools etc.
Senior Project Fellow-
Candidates applying for this job post should have First Class Masters/ Post Graduate in Anthropology/Social Sciences/Forestry having 02 years of working experience in relevant field. Candidates should have Working experience on Social Impact assessment, Forest based livelihood analysis and report writing. Knowledge of working with Computer and statistical tools, etc.
As per the ICFRE Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 04 months. Duration of engagement period may be curtailed or extended at the discretion of the Competent Authority and performance of the candidates in work disposal.
Mention below is the salary for ICFRE Recruitment 2023:
Project Associate- The selected candidate will get a monthly salary of Rs. 40000.
Senior Project Fellow- The selected candidate will get a monthly salary of Rs. 35000.
As per the ICFRE Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates applying for the post of Project Associate should be below the age of 35 years and the candidates applying for the post of Senior Project Fellow should be below the age of 32 years. The upper age limit is is relaxable up to 5 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST/Women, PH, and 03 years for OBC as per Govt. of India and ICFRE Rules. The criteria for selection of the candidate may be relaxed in exceptional cases at the discretion of the management.
