Tenure for ICFRE Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of ICFRE Recruitment 2023, the tenure is listed below:

For Junior Project Fellow (JPF)-

• The selected candidate will be appointed for upto August 2026.

For Field Assistant (FA)-

• The successful applicant will be appointed for upto March 2024.

Salary for ICFRE Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of ICFRE Recruitment 2023, the salary for the different posts is mentioned below:

For Junior Project Fellow (JPF)-

• The required salary for the mentioned post is Rs. 20,000 per month plus HRA.

For Field Assistant (FA)-

• The required salary for the mentioned post is Rs. 17000 per month.

Age Limit for ICFRE Recruitment 2023:

Referring to the official notification of ICFRE Recruitment 2023, the maximum age restriction for JPF is 28 years as of 01.06.2023, which can be relaxed by up to 5 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST, Women, Physically Handicapped, and 3 years for OBC.

Educational Qualification for ICFRE Recruitment 2023:

For Junior Project Fellow (JPF)-

• The applicants must have a First class M.Sc. in Botany / Zoology / MarineBiology / Marine Science /Environmental Science /Forestry.

Desirable-

• The applicant should be capable of performing laboratory analysis.
• The applicant should be capable of extensive touring in Mangrove areas for the collection of data/information.
• The candidate must have Knowledge of Computer Applications and statistics.

For Field Assistant (FA)-

• The candidate must have passed the Intermediate / 12th Standard.

Desirable–

• The candidate should have experience in field data collection and maintenance of field and computer.

Selection Procedure for ICFRE Recruitment 2023:

The method of selection is based on the walk-in interview. Interested candidates may come before the Selection Committee on the below-mentioned date and time with all of their original certificates, mark sheets, and a self-attested copy for each of them. There will be no TA/DA paid for attending the walk-in interview, as indicated in the official notification of ICFRE Recruitment 2023.
