Qualifications and Experience for ICFRE Recruitment 2023:

For Project Associate-

Essential Qualification-

• First class Master’s degree in Botany with 05-year experience in Taxonomy of Plant species / Ecology and Environment Sciences/allied subjects having working experience in the ecological study and relevant field in case of developmental projects.

Desirable Qualification-

• Willingness to travel including fieldwork to collect data, carry out desk-based research, interpretation of data and experience in EIA/EMP report writing. Knowledge of working with Computer and statistical tools etc.

For Senior Project Fellow-

Essential Qualification-

• First Class Master/ Post Graduate in Anthropology/Social Sciences/Forestry having 02 years of working experience in a relevant field.

Desirable Qualification-

• Working experience in Social Impact Assessment, Forest-based livelihood analysis and report writing. Knowledge of working with computers and statistical tools, etc.

Age Limitation for ICFRE Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of ICFRE Recruitment 2023, the upper age limit for Project Associate is 35 years and for Senior Research Fellow is 32 years which is relaxable up to 5 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST/Women, PH, and 03 years for OBC as per Govt. of India and ICFRE Rules.

Salary for ICFRE Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of ICFRE Recruitment 2023, the candidate selected for the post of Project Associate will get a monthly salary of Rs.400000 with HRA as admissible and for Senior Research Fellow will get a monthly salary of Rs.35000 with HRA.

Tenure for ICFRE Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of ICFRE Recruitment 2023, the duration of the engagement period may be curtailed or extended at the discretion of the Competent Authority and the performance of the candidates in work disposal.

Mode of Selection for ICFRE Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of ICFRE Recruitment 2023, the selection will be based on a walk-in interview scheduled to be held on 05-09-2023 by 9.30 AM at the office of ADG(EM) at ICFRE H.Q. room no. 137, Dehradun. No TA/DA will be paid for participating in the interview. The decision of the selection committee will be final and binding on the applicant.
