ICFRE Recruitment 2023: Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education (ICFRE) is recruiting candidates to fill up the post of Project Scientist, Senior Research Fellow, Senior Project Fellow, Junior Project Fellow, and Field Assistant. As mentioned in the Official notification of ICFRE Recruitment 2023, there are 15 vacancies for the given. In accordance with the official notification of ICFRE Recruitment 2023, selected candidates get a Fellowship Remuneration between Rs.78000 to Rs.20000 per month.
As per the official notification of ICFRE Recruitment 2023, the candidate should have at least 03 years of working experience. As given in the official notification of ICFRE Recruitment 2023, candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the interview. Eligible and interested candidates may appear for a walking interview which is going to be held on 10.08.2023 and 11.08.2023 at 9 AM in the Board Room of FRI Main Building, P.O. New Forest, Forest Research Institute, Dehradun-248006. Candidate should bring a copy of bio-data along with a recent passport-size photograph, and self-attested copies of all copies of all educational certificates and relevant documents for submission to the office of Group Coordinator (Research), P.O. New Forest, FRI, Dehradun. No separate letter will be issued for attending the interview.

Junior Project Fellow
Candidate should have a first-class M.Sc. in Chemistry/ Bio-chemistry/ Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
Desirable
Specialization in organic chemistry / one-year working experience in the field or in an analytical laboratory
Junior Research Fellow
Candidate should have first Class M.Sc. in Forestry/ Environmental Science/Environment management Agroforestry NET (CSIR-UGC NET/ ICAR-NET) qualified candidate will be preferred.
Desirable
Senior Research Fellow
Candidate should have first class M.Sc in Plant Pathology/ Microbiology with a specialization in Forest Pathology and Net qualified with two years of Research experience

In accordance with the official notification of ICFRE Recruitment 2023, selected candidates get a Fellowship Remuneration between Rs.78000 to Rs.20000 per month.
As mentioned in the Official notification of ICFRE Recruitment 2023, the candidate will be appointed for 07 months and one year up to the project completion period or subject availability of funds whichever is earlier and may be extended as per ICFRE rules.
As mentioned in the Official notification of ICFRE Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for Project Scientists is 45 years, SRF/SFF is 32 years, JRF/JPF is 28 years and Database Manager is 35 years as of 01/06/2023, which is relaxable up to 5 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST, Women, Physically Handicapped and OBC.
