For Consultant (Scientific- Medical)-

• The chosen candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs. 100000.

For Consultant (Scientific- Ṇon-Medical)-

• The chosen candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs. 70000.

Tenure for ICMR Recruitment 2024:

The tenure for ICMR Recruitment 2024 is given below:

For All Posts:

• The applicants will be appointed for a period of Up to March 2025 (May be extended for 1 year on satisfactory performance and continuation of the project)

For Consultant (Scientific- Ṇon-Medical):

• The applicants will be appointed till January 2025 (may be extended for one year based on performance).

Educational Qualifications for ICMR Recruitment 2024:

As given in the official notification of ICMR Recruitment 2024, the required qualifications are given below:

For Consultant (Scientific- Medical)-

• The candidate should have Post Graduate degree in AYUSH disciplines / MDS / MPH /Epidemiology or equivalent after Bachelor’s degree in AYUSH disciplines / BDS / Public Health from the recognized university/ institute.

Desirable-

• The candidate should have PhD degree or equivalent degree in above mentioned related fields.
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years research and development experience in a related field and published papers.
• The candidate should have experience in Project management.
  The candidate should have experience in Manuscript writing.

For Consultant (Scientific – Non-medical)-

• The candidate should have M.Sc./B.Tech/M.Tech in CS/IT or equivalent integrated PG degree in relevant subject with research & development experience and published papers.

Desirable–

• The candidate should have PhD degree in CS/IT or equivalent degree in machine learning, artificial intelligence, computer science or related fields
• The candidate should have Motivation and experience in developing, validating and implementing supervised machine-learning / artificial intelligence algorithms with the evidence of scientific publication
• The candidate should have Practical knowledge of development.
• The candidate should have Good programming skills in Python and/or R.

For Consultant (Technical- Non medical) (Statistics)-

• The candidate should have M.Sc./B.Tech/M.Tech/in Biostatistics / Statistics/ Mathematics/ Computer Science / Data Science / Machine Learning / Public Health or related fields qualifications in relevant subject with research & development experience and published papers.

Desirable-

• The candidate should have PhD degree or equivalent degree in above mentioned related fields.
• Project management.
• Manuscript writing.

Selection Process for ICMR Recruitment 2024:

As given in the official notification of ICMR Recruitment 2024, the mode of selection will be based on interview. TA/DA will not be paid by NIE for attending the written test/interview. Date and time of online interview will be intimated by Email separately to the eligible candidates.
