IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023: IDBI Bank has announced vacancies for the post of Assistant Manager, inviting online applications from eligible Indian citizens through the Bank’s website. The recruitment process is on an all-India basis by open competition, and no agency or individual has been authorized to recommend or recruit any personnel on the Bank’s behalf. There are a total of 600 vacancies for the post of Assistant Manager, out of which 244 are unreserved, 190 are reserved for SC, 17 for ST, 89 for OBC, and 60 for EWS. The Bank reserves the right to modify or cancel the vacancies at its discretion, without any intimation. The minimum educational qualification required for the post is graduation from a recognized university, and the candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in the banking, financial service, and insurance sector. As per IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023 official notification, the candidate’s age should be between 21 to 30 years as of January 01, 2023, with a relaxation in maximum age for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Ex-Servicemen as per Government guidelines. As per IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023 official notification, the extant Basic Pay currently applicable to Assistant Managers in Grade A is Rs.36,000/- per month, along with various allowances, reimbursements, and perquisites as per the rules and regulations of the bank. Candidates should note that the pay scales, allowances, reimbursements, perquisites, and other terms and conditions may be modified or revised from time to time as per the rules in force.
As per IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023 official notification, the selection process for the Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’ in IDBI Bank comprises of four stages: Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV), Personal Interview (PI), and Pre-Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT). Candidates who clear the OT will be shortlisted for the subsequent selection process.
The OT will be of a total of 200 marks and will have four sections, namely Logical Reasoning, Data Analysis & Interpretation, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and General/Economy/Banking Awareness/Computer/IT. The duration of the OT will be 2 hours.
Candidates have to secure the cut-off marks in each of the four sections to qualify for the next stage. For each incorrect answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted as a penalty. Candidates who clear the OT will be shortlisted based on their marks and age, subject to the availability of vacancies and at the discretion of the Bank.
The final merit list will be prepared based on the combined scores of the OT and PI, with a weightage of 75% and 25% respectively. Candidates who qualify for the final selection will be offered employment subject to fulfillment of all eligibility criteria and being medically fit.
To apply for the recruitment process, candidates need to pay the application fee online between February 17, 2023, to March 12 2023. The payment can only be made online, and the following fees are applicable:
SC/ST/PWD candidates: Rs.200/- (Only Intimation Charges)
All other candidates: Rs.1000/- (Application Fees and Intimation Charges)
