• The selected candidates for the post of Executive will be appointed for a period of one year and may be reviewed for extension on a year-to-year basis for a further period of 1 year, subject to satisfactory performance.
• The selected candidates for the post of Junior Assistant Manager will be appointed for a period of 02 years of contractual service, in the Bank through a selection process that would be conducted by the Bank.

The chosen candidates for IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023 will get an annual CTC up to Rs.6.50 Lakh.

• The selected candidates for the post of Junior Assistant Manager will get a compensation CTC basis range between Rs.6.14 lakh to Rs.6.50 Lakh.
• The selected candidates for the post of Executive-Sales and Operations will get Rs.29000 per month in the first year and Rs.31000 per month in the second year.
