IIFT Recruitment 2023: The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) is seeking applications from suitable and appropriate candidates for the post of Accounts Officer, Corporate Relations and Placement Coordinator and Consultant. According to the official notification of IIFT Recruitment 2023, the candidate should be less than 63 years old to apply for the indicated posts. The selected candidates will get a monthly salary up to Rs.175000.

The appointment is made on a contract basis for a period of 01 year. The selection of IIFT Recruitment 2023 will be determined on the basis of an interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) is recruiting qualified candidates for the post of Accounts Officer, Corporate Relations and Placement Coordinator and Consultant.

Age Limit for IIFT Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of IIFT Recruitment 2023, the age criteria for the particular posts are given below-

  • The maximum age limit is less than 63 years as on the closing date to apply for the post of Accounts Officer.
  • The maximum age limit does not exceed 40 years as on the closing date to apply for the post of Corporate Relations and Placement Coordinator.
  • The maximum age limit is less than 63 years as on the closing date to apply for the post of Consultant.

Salary for IIFT Recruitment 2023:

The chosen candidates for IIFT Recruitment 2023 will be given a consolidated monthly salary as mentioned below-

  • The selected candidates for the post of Accounts Officer will be paid a consolidated monthly salary of Rs.60000.
  • The selected candidates for the post of Corporate Relations and Placement Coordinator will be paid a consolidated monthly salary of Rs. 125000 to Rs.175000.
  • The selected candidates for the post of Accounts Officer will be paid a consolidated monthly salary of a fixed monthly amount shall be admissible, arrived at by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement.

Qualification and Experience for IIFT Recruitment 2023:

To Apply for IIFT Recruitment 2023, the required qualifications and experience are described below-

For Accounts Officer-

  • The applicant should have a Graduation in Commerce or SAS qualification.
  • The applicant should have retired from central Govt. / State Govt. /Autonomous Bodies/PSU from the Pay Level of L- 7 or L-8 of 7th CPC Pay matrix (Grade pay4600/ 4800) OR equivalent grade in IDA pay pattern of the PSUs. OR
  • The applicant must have at least 10 years of experience in accounting and/or auditing in Central Govt/ State Govt/ PSU/ Autonomous Bodies/Academic Institutions.

For Corporate Relations and Placement Coordinator-

  • The applicant must have 02 Years of Full-Time MBA/ PGDBM with a specialization in Human Resource Management (HRM) from a recognized and premier Institution/University with 60 % marks or equivalent CGPA.
  • The applicant must have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi languages.
  • Experience-
  • The applicant must have at least five years post-qualification specific experience as a Placement Officer/ Executive/ Manager at a premier business school with a creditable placement record and a strong connectivity with reputed business organizations. OR
  • The applicant must have at least five years of experience in the Human Resources functions, preferably in talent acquisition or career planning team, at a senior level in an organization of repute.
  • The applicant must have the ability to develop sound, credible reciprocal relations with the industry with good PR, liaison and relationship-building skills, ability to facilitate and promote industry/ institute interface with a view to meet managerial talent acquisition needs of the industry through the talent pool of the students of IIFT.

Desirable-

  • The applicant must have knowledge of Industry demographics shall be an advantage.
  • The applicant must have knowledge of database management
  • The applicant must have significant experience in the industry, networking and contacts with the decision-makers of reputed business houses.
  • The applicant must have familiarity with the online Placement Automation Platforms (PAP).
  • The applicant must be well-versed in the usage of video conferencing tools.

For Consultants-

  • The applicant should have retired as Deputy Secretary or at an equivalent or higher level from UGC/ AICTE/ NAAC/ MHRD/ Ministry of Education (15600-39100 with grade pay Rs. 6600 in Pay Band-3 or equivalent in the parent cadre/ Department).
  • The applicant should possess working knowledge of computer applications required in day to day functioning of the office with proficiency in typing in English/Hindi.

Tenure for IIFT Recruitment 2023:

The engagement will be made purely on a contract basis and the selected candidates for IIFT Recruitment 2023 will be engaged for a period of 01 year but can be extended further depending upon the performance of the candidate and the requirements of the Institute.

Selection Process for IIFT Recruitment 2023:

The candidates will be selected for IIFT Recruitment 2023 on the basis of an interview. The shortlisted candidates will be initiated later for the date, venue and time of the selection procedure. The interview will be held at IIFT Campus at B-21, Qutab Institutional Area, New Delhi-110016.
