As per the official notification of IIIT Kottayam recruitment 2023, the vacancy are open for the following posts-

Age Limit for IIIT Kottayam Recruitment 2023:

• For Assistant Registrar (Accounts and Finance), Assistant Registrar (Gen. Admin) and Technical Officer- The upper age limit to apply for the post is 50 years.
• For Junior Superintendent -Library, Junior Engineer (Electrical), Physical Training Instructor, Junior Technical and Superintendent– The upper age limit to apply for the post is 37 years.
• For Junior Technician, Junior Assistant and Driver-cum-MTS- The upper age limit to apply for the post is 32 years.

Remuneration for IIIT Kottayam Recruitment 2023:

• For Assistant Registrar (Accounts and Finance), Assistant Registrar (Gen. Admin) and Technical Officer- The monthly remuneration will be in level 10 of the pay matrix.
• For Junior Superintendent -Library, Junior Engineer (Electrical), Physical Training Instructor, Junior Technical and Superintendent- The monthly remuneration will be in level 6 of the pay matrix.
• For Junior Technician, Junior Assistant and Driver-cum- MTS- The monthly remuneration will be in level 3 of the pay matrix.

Qualification for IIIT Kottayam Recruitment 2023:

For Assistant Registrar (Accounts & Finance)-

• A Post graduate degree in Commerce with at least 55% marks or its equivalent with excellent Academic records.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience under Supervisory category in handling Finance/Accounts matters, preferably in a Government or Government controlled Educational/Research Institution or PSU of repute.
• Desirable– Professional qualification in area of Management/Finance & Accounts.
• Competence in usage of accounting software’s and all forms of communication.

For Assistant Registrar (General Admin.)-

• A Post graduate degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent with excellent Academic records.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience under Supervisory category in handling Administrative/Legal/Establishment/Stores and Purchase/Academic Affairs, preferably in a Government or Government controlled Educational/Research Institution or PSU of repute.
• Desirable– Professional qualification in area of Management

For Technical Officer- 

• Educational Qualification B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc./MCA first class with 8 years’ experience in the relevant area OR ME/M.Tech-first class with 5 years’ experience in the relevant area.

For Junior Technician (CSE/ECE/Networking)-

Educational Qualification: Degree in Engg./Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field with 2 years relevant experience.

As per the official notification of IIIT Kottayam recruitment 2023, interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria can apply through the official website of IIT Kottayam. If a candidate is applying for more than one post, separate applications should be submitted for each post and prescribed fee should be paid along with each application. An application fee as per the following is to be remitted through online banking system/UPI- Level 10 Rs. 1000, Level 06 Rs. 500 and Level 03 Rs. 250, SC/ST/PWD and Female candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee.
