As mentioned in the official notification of IIM Indore Recruitment 2023, the applicants are invited to submit an online application for the positions of Officer (Civil), General Duty Assistant (Internal Audit) and General Duty Assistant (Finance and Accounts). There are 03 seats available for the aforementioned positions.

Experience for IIM Indore Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of IIM Indore Recruitment 2023, the candidate’s required experiences are given below:

For Officer (Civil)-

• For M.E/M. Tech–  The candidates should have 5 years post-qualification experience in Pay Matrix Level 7 (As per 7th CPC Pay Matrix)OR
• For B.E/B. Tech- The candidates should have 8 years of experience as an Assistant Engineer in Pay Matrix Level 7 or above (As per 7th CPC Pay Matrix). 

For General Duty Assistant (Internal Audit)-

• The candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience is mandatory.

For General Duty Assistant (Finance and Accounts)-

• The candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience is mandatory.

Qualification for IIM Indore Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of IIM Indore Recruitment 2023, the necessary qualifications for the candidates are shown below:

For Officer (Civil)-

• The candidates should have an M.E/M. Tech in the Civil Engineering with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a government recognized University/Institute OR
• The candidates should have a B.E/B. Tech in Civil Engineering with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a government-recognized University/Institute.

For General Duty Assistant (Internal Audit)-

• The candidates should be B.Com. and/or CA Inter or M. Com or MBA (Finance) from a recognized University/Institute with at least 50% marks.

For General Duty Assistant (Finance and Accounts)-

• The candidates should be B.Com. and/or CA Inter or M. Com or MBA (Finance) from a recognized University/Institute with at least 50% marks.

Pay Scale for IIM Indore Recruitment 2023:

Referring to the official notification for IIM Indore Recruitment 2023, the candidate’s monthly salary according to the posts are mentioned below:

For Officer (Civil)-

• The selected candidates will be paid a monthly salary of Level 10 (As per the 7th CPC Pay Matrix). 

For General Duty Assistant (Internal Audit) and (Finance and Accounts)-

• The selected candidates will be paid a monthly salary of Level 05 (As per the 7th CPC Pay Matrix). 

Application Fee for IIM Indore Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of IIM Indore Recruitment 2023, the candidates must pay the application fees listed below:

• For Officer (Civil)– Rs.1180 (including GST).
• For General Duty Assistant (Internal Audit) / General Duty Assistant (Finance and Accounts)– Rs.590 (including GST).

No application fees are required to be paid for the candidates who belong to the EWS/PwD category and female candidates.

Selection Procedure for IIM Indore Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of IIM Indore Recruitment 2023, the shortlisted applicants will be invited for a written test and interview. The date, time, and place of the written test and/or interview will be communicated to the shortlisted candidates only through email. Candidates are advised to visit the Career section of the Institute’s website regularly for all the updates/ information in this regard. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the written test and/or Interview or/and selection process.
