For Research Associate- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 20000.
For Research Assistant- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 16000.
For Field Investigator- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 15000.
Candidates applying for IIM Jammu Recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualifications-
Research Associate– Post Graduate in any social science discipline (e.g., psychology, OB/HR, public health, etc.) with minimum of 55% marks and NET/SLET/M.Phil./Ph.D.); Good knowledge of statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, AMOS); Proficiency in written and spoken Kashmiri language; Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Prior research experience is preferred but not required.
Research Assistant – Qualification: Ph.D./Post Graduate/M.Phil. in any social science discipline with minimum of 55% marks; Experience in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS); Proficiency in written & spoken Kashmiri language.
Field Investigator – Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, management, public health, etc.) with a minimum of 55% marks; Proficiency in written and spoken Kashmiri language; Prior research experience is preferred but not required.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview. All the details will be intimated to shortlisted candidates in due course.
