Appointment Term: Purely Contractual for Initially 01 Year and Extendable for Maximum 03 Years.

Based on the IIM Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement for Academic Assistant/Academic Associate, a Consolidated Monthly Stipend shall be compensated/disbursed, as per following Narration:
01) Academic Assistant Post:
An Academic Assistant with “No Experience” will be paid a Monthly Stipend of Rs.23000.00 (Fixed). For every completed Year of Relevant Academic/Industrial Job Experience, and Annual Increment of Rs.1500 may be recommended subject to the Maximum Ceiling of Rs.27500.00 Per Month at the time of Appointment.
2) Academic Associate Post:
An Academic Associate with Philosophiae Doctor (Ph.D.) will be paid a Monthly Stipend of Rs.28000.00 (Consolidated). For every completed Year of Relevant Academic/Industrial Job Experience, and Annual Increment of Rs.2000 may be recommended subject to the Maximum Ceiling of Rs.34000.00 Per Month at the time of Appointment.
According to the IIM Recruitment 2023, the Age Limit for stipulated for Academic Assistant/ Associate Post is as follows:
Age Limit: The Applicant/Candidate should be preferably Below 35 Years.

I) Academic Assistants:
Educational Qualification: Post-Graduate (Preferably MBA/M.Com in Marketing/Commerce) in First Class. With
Relevant Experience either in Academics or Industry, or Magister Philosophiae (M.Phil) [or Higher Qualifications] will be preferred.
Candidates with Qualifications; viz., Graduate (B.Tech./B.E.) Or MCA Degree will also be considered Eligible for Selection.
II) Academic Associate Post:
Educational Qualification: Philosophiae Doctor (Ph.D.) in the relevant area (Marketing/ Commerce/Management).
The Selection Procedure based on the IIM Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement mandates Oral Test/ Interview over Landline/Cellphone or via Online Mode.
Engagement Duration: Appointments on Academic Assistant/Associate Posts will be conducted purely on Contract Bases Initially for 01 Year’s Period but generally limited to 03 Years, which shall likely be Renewable Annually, subject to the Incumbent’s Satisfactory Performance.
