Qualification for IIM Recruitment 2023:

Qualifications for IIM Recruitment are given below.

Academic Associate 

1. First-class post-graduates in the relevant field with two years of experience either in academics or industry.

2. M Phil. with one year experience.

3. Ph.D. with or without experience.

4. Candidates with qualifications like ACA, AICWA (for F and A), Tech./B.E. (for OM & QT), and  MCA (for IS) with adequate experience will also be eligible. 

Admin Associate

Graduate in any discipline. Preference will be given to candidates with work experience.

Age Limit for IIM Recruitment 2023:

1. Academic Associate: Below 32 years (Preferably below 30 years of age). However, for Ph.D. candidates/Candidates with relevant experience, the age limit can be extended up to 35 Years. 

2. Admin Associate: Below 40 years (Preferably below 35 years of age).

Salary for IIM Recruitment 2023:

1. Academic Associates will be given a stipend of Rs.24,500 to Rs.32,000 per month depending on qualification, experience, merit, and performance in the interview/test. A higher start within the range will be given to the extremely deserving candidates. 

2. Admin Associates will be given a stipend of Rs.24,000 to Rs.30,000 per month depending on qualification, experience, merit, and performance in the interview/test. A higher start within the range will be given to the extremely deserving candidates.

Job Description for IIM Recruitment 2023: 

1. Academic Associates (AAs) shall assist the faculty in preparing course outlines, identifying and collecting reading materials (from libraries and other sources), developing teaching notes, grading class participation, grading quizzes, examinations, assignments, invigilation, etc. They shall also be responsible for coordinating with programs for arranging for exams/quizzes, distribution of course materials, and performing any other related activities of the Institute. AAs shall assist the faculty in their research work also. 

2. Admin Associates shall help their respective department and department heads to ensure that the administrative operations of the institute run smoothly. The associate should have the ability to manage office operations, plan, schedule, and execute office-related events along with experience in handling confidential and sensitive information.
