• Candidates must have BSc in Polymer Science with two years or relevant experience in industrial polymer processing.

Experience-

• Candidate should preferably have obtained first class throughout academic career.
• Candidate should have hands-on experience on polymer processing equipment, such as single or twin screw extruders, injection moulding or compression moulding machines, blow moulding, film blowing, etc. The candidate must be able to provide evidence of such experience (either proof of good performance in hands-on laboratory modules during degree course, or experience certificates that clearly state hands-on experience).
• Candidate must preferably have experience with software for modeling polymer processing operations, in the fields of plastics technology or moulding.
• Candidate must preferably have experience managing a polymer processing facility, including scheduling usage, interacting with non-expert users, maintaining records, etc.
• Candidates must have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Candidates must have excellent inter-personal skills as needed in a service provider’s role.
• Candidate with relevant experience will be preferred.
