IIT Delhi Recruitment 2023: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, receives applications from eligible candidates for Doctoral Fellow (PDF) on its various academic units. According to IIT Delhi Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates will be appointed to promote inter-disciplinary research activities, strengthen the research ecosystem of the Institute, and groom potential faculty members. The maximum age limit of interested candidates for given posts is 32 (for males) to 35 years (for females). The shortlisted candidates would be paid a monthly salary of Rs. 75,000/- excluding other key benefits.

There are 29 Academic Units just as Civil Engineering, Design, Energy Science & Engineering, Material Science & Engineering, Centre for Atmospheric Sciences, Electrical Engineering, Optics and Photonics Centre, Mathematics, Applied Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Biochemical Engg. & Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Computer Science & Engineering, Management Studies, Physics, Textile and Fibre Engineering, Applied Research in Electronics (CARE), Biomedical Engineering (CBME), National Resource Centre for Value Education in Engineering (NCRCEE), Centre for Automotive Research and Tribilogy (CART), Bharti School of Telecommunication Technology and Management (BSTTM), Amarnath & Shashi Khosla School of Information Technology (ANSKSIT), and Yardi School of Artificial intelligence(ScAI), Transportation Research and Injury Prevention Centre (TRIPP-C), Centre for Sensors, Instrumentation and Cyber-physical System Engineering, School of Public Policy, Material Science & Engineering, and Humanities & Social Sciences.
According to IIT Delhi Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates will be appointed based on experience and qualifications as mentioned below. An applicant should have a Ph.D. with First class or equivalent grade in the preceding degree with a consistently good academic record. The candidates who have a Ph.D. thesis but have not yet presented it may be eligible for submission of a certificate from the guide duly forwarded by the Head of the Department of their Institute. This certificate must be provided at the time of the interview. The interested candidates should have demonstrated research capabilities in terms of publication in reputed journals and conferences.
