Deputy Registrar
Candidate should have a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade point average with relevant experience of at least 5 years as Assistant Registrar or in a post in Level 10 and above or equivalent in one or more of the following areas: Legal, Finance and accounts, Establishment, Materials Management, Academics, Student Welfare, R&D, Secretarial Services, Hostel Management etc.

Desirable

• Applicant should have the ability to supervise computerized administration.
• Knowledge and familiarity with the working methods of a higher technological/educational institution, such as IITs/CFTIs and similar Central Government Institutions.

Assistant Registrar

• Candidate should have a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
• Candidate should have 6 years relevant experience in Pay Level 6 and above or equivalent OR 3 years in Pay Level 7 and above or equivalent.
• Candidate should have relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: Finance and accounts, Establishment, Materials Management, Academics, Student Welfare, R&D, Secretarial Services, Hostel Management, Legal, Contracts or experience of a similar nature.

Desirable

• Candidate should have Knowledge and familiarity with the working procedures of a Higher Technological/Educational Institution such as IITs/CFTIs/IISERs/IISc/NITs and similar Central Government Institutions/Organizations.
• Applicant should have Excellent written and verbal communication skills and Working experience in a computerized environment.

Junior Assistant
Candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent CGPA.

Desirable
Candidate should have Excellent written and verbal communication skills and Working experience in a computerized environment.

Junior Technician [MMAE]

• Candidate should have at least a 3-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or allied fields with at least 60% of marks or its equivalent CGPA with relevant experience of Two years after the Diploma.
  OR
• Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or allied fields with at least 60% of marks or its equivalent CGPA.

Salary for IIT Dharwad Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of IIT Dharwad Recruitment 2023, selected applicants will be paid on a pay scale ranging from Level 03 to Level 12 according to the 7th CPC.
