The applicants must have strong Stakeholder relationship management and negotiation skills; and credibility to positively influence and manage key stakeholders within and outside the organization.
For Head- Internal Audit-
The applicants must have a minimum of 20 years of working experience with at least 5 years in a senior role with internal audit, augmented with substantial banking experience.
The applicants must have a strong professional background in areas like internal control, risk management, treasury, and governance processes with a blend of financial, operational and IT systems audits.
The applicants must have strong Stakeholder relationship management and negotiation skills.
The applicants must have the ability to establish risk-based plans to determine internal audit activity priorities.
The applicants must have excellent analytical and problem-solving.
