• Post Graduation course should be of a minimum 2-year full-time duration, with a specialization in Finance with a minimum 60% aggregate marks / equivalent CGPA. In the case of CA, passing the professional examination is sufficient.

For Management Trainee (Digital Technology)-

• The candidate should have a Minimum 60% or equivalent grade in B.E/B. Tech Degree in Computer Science Information Technology/ Electronics and Communication.
• Applicants must have an MCA with a minimum 60% aggregate marks equivalent CGPA in Graduation and MCA.

For Management Trainee (Administration)-

• The candidate has a degree of B.E/B. Tech in Civil / Electrical Engineering with 60% aggregate marks / equivalent CGPA.
• Postgraduate qualification in Hotel and Hospitality Management / Facilities Management.

For Management Trainee (Rajbhasha)-

• Candidates must have a Master’s degree from a recognised university in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level.

Desirable–

• Applicants must have lieu of diploma or certificate course candidates having at least one year of postqualification experience in implementing the Official Language Policy of the Government of India.
