India Post Recruitment 2023: India Post is inviting applications from eligible and willing candidates for the post of Staff Car Driver. As mentioned in the official notification of India Post Recruitment 2023, there are 11 vacancies open for the mentioned post. The applicant must pass in 10th standard from a recognized Board or Institute. The selected candidates will be appointed for a probation period of 02 years as per the rules. The chosen candidates for India Post Recruitment 2023 will get a monthly compensation on Level 02 as per the Pay Matrix.
The minimum age limit is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 27 years to apply for India Post Recruitment 2023. The selection will be based on a Trade test/Driving Test in 2 stages. The candidates who pass Stage I will be called for the test in Stage II. Candidates have to pay Rs.100 as an application fee. Desirable qualification-
The chosen candidates for India Post Recruitment 2023 will be engaged for a probation period of 02 years as per the rules.
The candidates who are selected for India Post Recruitment 2023 will be given a monthly salary of Rs.19900-Rs.63200 in Level 02 as per the Pay Matrix specified in Part A of the schedule of CCS (Revised Pay) Rules 2016 plus admissible allowances [Rs.5200-20200 (Pay Band-1) + Grade Pay Rs 1900 under Pre-revised scale].
The candidates will be selected for India Post Recruitment 2023 on the basis of a Trade Test/Driving Test in 2 stages. The candidates who qualify in Stage I will be called for the test in Stage II. Only such candidates who qualify in each paper of Stage II shall be considered for the preparation of the final merit list.
The application fee is Rs.100 to apply for India Post Recruitment 2023. The Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee.
Candidates who are interested in enrolling in India Post Recruitment 2023 should obtain the prescribed format from the official website of India Post and submit the same duly filled application form along with the necessary documents and Indian Postal Order for Rs.100 in an envelope super scribed as “APPLICATION FOR RECRUITMENT TO THE POST OF STAFF CAR DRIVER (ORDINARY GRADE)” from any Post Office to Assistant Director (Estt/Rectt), O/o Chief Postmaster General, M.P.Circle Bhopal-462027 on or before the due date. No online mode of application will be accepted.
The closing date for submitting the application form is 24.11.2023. Application received after the closing date will be REJECTED.
