Indian Air Force Recruitment 2024: The Indian Air Force is seeking online applications from qualified and interested candidates for the post of Agniveervayu Intake 01/2025 for a duration of 04 years. According to the official notification of India Air Force Recruitment 2024, there chosen candidates will be paid a monthly salary up to Rs.40000. The applicant must be born between 02 January 2004 and 02 July 2007 (both dates inclusive) to apply for the given post. Candidates have to pay Rs.500 as an application fee. The payment will be made online.
According to the official notification of Indian Air Force Recruitment 2024, the applicant must have passed the Intermediate/10+2/ Equivalent examination in any stream/subjects from Education Boards recognized by Central, State and UT with a minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. The candidates will be selected on the basis of an Online Test, Physical Fitness Test (PFT), Adaptability Test and Medical Examination. The candidates who qualify the Online Test will be called for the Physical Fitness Test (PFT), Adaptability Test-II and Medical Examination. As informed by the official notification of Indian Air Force Recruitment 2024, suitable and willing candidates have to complete their online application on the official website of Agni Vayu on or before the last date to apply. The online application will be started on 17.01.2024 (11:00 AM)
Candidates born between 02 January 2004 and 02 July 2007 (both dates inclusive) are eligible to apply for Indian Air Force Recruitment 2024.
Qualification for Indian Air Force Recruitment 2024:
Candidate must have the required qualification for applying to Indian Air Force Recruitment 2024 as described below-
For Science Subjects-
Candidates should have passed the Intermediate/10+2/ Equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and English from Education Boards recognized by Central, State and UT with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. OR
Candidates should have passed Three years of Diploma Courses in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Automobile / Computer Science / Instrumentation Technology / Information Technology) from Central, State and UT recognized Polytechnic institutes with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in Diploma Course (or in Intermediate/Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Diploma Course). OR
Candidates should have passed Two years of Vocational Courses with non-vocational subjects viz. Physics and Mathematics from Education Boards recognized by Central, State and UT with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in Vocational Course (or in Intermediate / Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Vocational Course).
For Other than Science Subjects-
Candidate should have passed Intermediate / 10+2 / Equivalent Examination in any stream/subjects from Education Boards recognized by Central, State and UT with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. OR
Candidate should have passed two years of Vocational Course from Education Boards recognized by Central, State and UT with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in Vocational Course (or in Intermediate / Matriculation if English is not a subject in Vocational Course).
Selection Process for Indian Air Force Recruitment 2024:
The selection of Indian Air Force Recruitment 2024 will be determined on the basis of an Online Test, Physical Fitness Test (PFT), Adaptability Test-II and Medical Examination. The candidates will be intimated later to the shortlisted candidates by issuing their admit cards. The result of the Phase-I (Online) Test, a cut-off will be applied on the normalized marks scored by the candidates in the Phase-I Test and SHORTLISTED candidates will be sent a New admit card on their registered e-mail ID for the Phase-II test at a designated ASC.
Physical Fitness Test (PFT)- Names of the shortlisted candidates, who qualify the online test, shall be displayed on the CASB Web Portal and on a stipulated date shall be called at designated ASC for Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and Adaptability Test-II. PFT consists of two parts, PFT-I and PFT-II. The shortlisted candidates will be called for the Physical Fitness Test (PFT).
Adaptability Test-II- All candidates who pass Physical Fitness Test will have to undertake Adaptability Test-II as per policy in vogue. Adaptability Test-II is for the selection of candidates who can adapt to the environment of the Indian Air Force and are able to adjust to the military way of life.
Medical Examination- Candidates who qualify for Adaptability Test-II shall be issued with a medical appointment letter at their respective ASCs. The medical examination shall be conducted by the Air Force Medical Team as per IAF medical standards and policy in vogue on the subject issue.
Application Fee for Indian Air Force Recruitment 2024:
The application fee is Rs.500 plus GST to complete the application for Indian Air Force Recruitment 2024. The application fee will be paid online through Debit Cards/ Credit Cards/Internet Banking through the payment gateway.
