Indian Army Recruitment 2023: The Indian Army is currently looking for qualified candidates for the position of CSBO (Civilian Switch Board Operator) Grade-II, Group ‘C’ from citizens of India on probation. Applicants who get selected will receive a monthly wage of Rs. 21700 with allowances (Level-3, Cell-1) as per the new pay matrix of the 7th CPC.

The selection will be made on probation for 02 years, with all-India service liability (including field service) if suitable throughout the probation period. In accordance with the official notification of Indian Army Recruitment 2023, written tests and skills assessments will be used to choose applicants. The selection will be made only based on merit, which will be determined by the marks received in the 100-mark written test. The selection will be made strictly based on merit which will be decided as per marks obtained in the Written Test comprising 100 Marks. Applicants shortlisted for written test will also have to undergo a skill test which will be qualifying in nature and carries no separate marks.
