Indian Bank Recruitment 2023: Indian Bank is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of Faculty, Office Assistant and Attender on a contract basis at Chittoor Districts. As per the Indian Bank Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 03 years subject to annual review and renewal of the contract once a year.
As per the Indian Bank Recruitment 2023 official notification, the selected candidates will be required to join immediately at the institute, in any case not after 15 days from the date of receiving the offer letter. If it is discovered that the candidate provided false information about his or her name, age, percentage of marks, qualification, prior experience, state of health, or any other personal information knowing it to be false, or had purposefully withheld any such information, the candidate’s contract with the INDRSETI will be terminated immediately. Candidates will be selected through a written test followed by a personal interview. Mention below is the eligibility criteria for Indian Bank Recruitment 2023:
Faculty
Candidates should be a Graduate / Post Graduate viz. MSW/MA in Rural Development / MA in Sociology/Psychology / B.Sc. (Veterinary), B.Sc. (Horticulture), B.Sc. (Agri.), B.Sc. (Agri. Marketing)/ B.A. with B.Ed. etc. Candidates should have a flair for teaching and possess sound Computer Knowledge. Candidates should have excellent communication skills in the local language essential, fluency in English and Hindi will be an added advantage Skills in Typing in Local Language essential. Candidates should have typing skills in Hindi / English typing, an added advantage of Previous experience as Faculty preferred.
Office Assistant
Candidates should be a Graduate viz. BSW/BA/B.Com./ with computer knowledge. Candidates should have Knowledge of Basic Accounting as a preferred qualification and shall be fluent in the spoken and written local language. Candidates should have Fluency in Hindi / English, which would be an added qualification and be proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel), Tally & Internet. Candidates should have skills in typing in the local language is essential, Typing skills in English an added advantage.
Attender
Candidates should be matriculated. Candidates should have the Ability to Read and Write the Local Language preferred.
As per the Indian Bank Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 03 years subject to annual review and renewal of the contract once a year. If his or her performance and behaviour are not deemed satisfactory during this time, or for any other reason, Trust may decide to terminate his or her services at any time. However, it must be understood that the Trust’s judgment about whether or not his or her work and conduct are satisfactory, as well as its decision to terminate his or her services for any reason, shall be final and binding on the individual. If any disciplinary action is taken against any candidate in his/her earlier organization, the decision of the Management of Trust / Society/RSETI regarding the selection of the said candidate shall be final and binding.
