Indian Bank Recruitment 2024: Indian Bank is inviting interested and eligible candidates for the post of Faculty, Office Assistant and Attender. As mentioned in the official notification of Indian Bank Recruitment 2024, the candidates applying for the post of Faculty and Office Assistant should have a Graduation in their appropriate field as mentioned below and the candidates applying for the post of Attender should have passed Matriculation and ability to read and write the local language preferred. According to the official notification of Indian Bank Recruitment 2024, the appointment will be on a contractual basis. The selected candidates will be appointed for an initial period of 03 years. The committee will demonstrate the teaching skills and communication skills of the candidates. The selected candidates are required to join immediately at the institute. As stated in the official notification of Indian Bank Recruitment 2024, the tenure will be on a contractual basis for an initial period of 03 years subject to annual review and renewal of the contract once a year.
As shown in the official notification of Indian Bank Recruitment 2024, the selection procedure will be totally based on the Written Test to assess General Knowledge and Computer Capability. Personal Interview to assess the ability of communication, leadership qualities, attitude, problem-solving ability and ability to get along with the trainees, development approach and Demonstration/ Presentation to assess teaching skills and communications capability.
