Indian Navy Recruitment 2023: Indian Navy is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the Agniveer (SSR) post for 02/2023 (Nov 23). As per the Indian Navy Recruitment 2023 official notification, there are 1365 vacancies of which 273 vacancies are reserved for females. Selected candidates will be appointed in the Indian Navy under the Navy Act 1957, for a period of four years. “Agniveers would form a distinct rank, different from any other existing rank and would be the junior most rank in the Indian Navy”. Indian Navy is not obliged to retain the Agniveers beyond the engagement period of four years.
As per the Indian Navy Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates applying for the above-mentioned job post should be born between 01 Nov 2002 – 30 Apr 2006. Selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs. 30000 with a fixed yearly increment. Candidates will be selected through a Shortlisting (computer-based online examination), Written Examination, PFT and Recruitment Medical Examination.
