Indian Navy is seeking applications from qualified candidates for the posts of Cameraman and Dark Room Assistant. For the above-mentioned positions, there are 02 vacant seats.

Qualification for Indian Navy Recruitment 2023:

Candidates must have the given below qualifications to apply for Indian Navy Recruitment 2023.

Cameraman-

• Candidates must have done Matriculation or equivalent.
• Candidates must have done Diploma or Certificate in Printing Technology awarded after at least two years course or training from a recognized Institute.
• Candidates must have done 5 years experience of operating process cameras.
  OR
• Candidates must have 10 years of experience as a Cameraman or photographer in Military Survey, Survey of India or other photo-litho establishment of repute. (for ex-servicemen only).

Dark Room Assistant-

• Candidates must have done Matriculation or equivalent.
• Candidates must have 3 years’ experience in a Photo Studio.
• Candidates must have Knowledge of chemicals used in the photographic process in a studio.

Age Limit for Indian Navy Recruitment 2023:

The age restriction for Indian Navy Recruitment 2023 is given below-

• The minimum age limit is 20 years.
• The maximum age limit is 35 years.

Salary for Indian Navy Recruitment 2023:

The selected applicant for Indian Navy Recruitment 2023 will receive a monthly remuneration in level 4 and 5 of the pay matrix.

Cameraman- The selected applicant will receive a monthly remuneration in Level 5 i.e. between Rs. 29200-92300. 

Dark Room Assistant- The selected applicant will receive a monthly remuneration in Level 4 i.e. between Rs. 25500-81100.

Selection Procedure for Indian Navy Recruitment 2023:

The selection of candidate for for Indian Navy Recruitment 2023 is done on the basis of written test. The test will be held at National Hydrographic Office, Dehradun only. The date and time will he intimated later to the shortlisted candidates.

The closing date of submission of the application form is within 21 days from the date of publication of advertisement in employment news and the last date of receipt of Application from the candidates residing in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Jammu & Kashmir, Lahaul & Spiti District and Pangi Sub-Division of Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh, Lakshadweep, Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep will be 28 days from the date of publication of advertisement in Employment News.
