Overview:

Indigo is hiring an experienced Senior Executive – Customer Experience at their Gurgaon location. You will coordinate with other departments – especially Airport, call centre, and finance to resolve customer complaints and queries and provide resolution to customers.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer complaints and queries via email
• Outcall customers to provide resolution.
• Responding to the high volume of customer queries and complaints

Eligibility:

• Graduate
• Prior work experience in email process (Desired)
• Prior experience in customer grievance handling (Desired)
• Note : Must be comfortable with rotational shifts & rotational offs

• Customer centric approach
• Excellent English and Hindi language skills both verbal and written
• Good typing skills
