IOB Recruitment 2024: New Notification Out, Check Out Post, Salary and Applying Procedure
IOB Recruitment 2024: India Overseas Bank (IOB) is seeking applications from qualified applicants for the position of Faculty and Attender. According to the official notification of IOB Recruitment 2024, candidates applying for the post of Attender must have passed Matriculation and candidates applying for the post of Faculty must have graduated. There are 02 vacant seats for the mentioned post. The selection of a candidate for IOB Recruitment 2024 is based on a written test, interview and presentation. The date, time and venue regarding the selection process will be communicated later to the shortlisted applicants. Candidates should be between the ages of 22 to 40 years in order to apply for IOB Recruitment 2024.

The selected candidates for IOB Recruitment 2024 will get a monthly salary as given below-
For Faculty-
The selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs.30000 which may be revised for the ensuing year by an amount of 10% of the preceding year’s consolidated salary based on satisfactory review/ performance of services rendered.
Fixed Travel Allowance [FTA]- Rs 2500 per month on a declaration basis subject to completion of minimum no.of visits for conducting EAP, follow-ups.
Mobile Allowance- Rs.300pm
For Attender-
The selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs.14000 which may be revised for the ensuing year by an amount not exceeding 10% of the preceding year’s consolidated salary based on satisfactory review/ performance of services rendered.
