• The selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs. 30000 which may be revised for the ensuing year by an amount of 10% of the preceding year’s consolidated salary based on satisfactory review/performance of services rendered.
• Fixed Travel Allowance [FTA]- Rs 2500 per month on a declaration basis, subject to completion of a minimum number. of visits for conducting EAP and follow-ups.
• Mobile Allowance- Rs. 300pm

For Attender-

• The selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs. 14000 which may be revised for the ensuing year by an amount not exceeding 10% of the preceding year’s consolidated salary based on satisfactory review/performance of services rendered.
• Fixed Travel Allowance- Rs. 1000 per month
• Mobile Allowance– Rs. 300 per month

Qualification for IOB Recruitment 2024:

Faculty-

• Candidates must have a Graduation degree (any, i.e., Science/Commerce/Arts/Post Graduate)

• Candidates must have excellent communication skills in the local language; essential, fluency in English and Hindi will be an added advantage.

• Candidates must have the ability to read and write the local language preferred
