IOCL Recruitment 2023: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) is seeking qualified and experienced candidates for the post of Security Chief on a contract basis for the security and surveillance of the Eastern Region Petroleum Pipelines in the state of Uttar Pradesh. As mentioned in the official notification of IOCL Recruitment 2023, candidates must be retired police officers from the state of Uttar Pradesh with levels ranging from Dy. S.P. to D.I.G. or equivalent in the Central and State Governments. He or she should have extensive experience in criminal investigative cases, intelligence work, and security problems. Initially for 01 year, which may be extended in increments of 01 year up to 03 years based on need and performance.
In accordance with the official notification of IOCL Recruitment 2023, the chosen candidate will be stationed in Allahabad and Lucknow, both in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The qualifying Security Chief applicant would be granted a monthly salary of Rs.60000. Performance-based increases of 3% per year are possible. The candidate’s age shall not be more than 62 years old on November 1, 2023. The maximum age at which a person can continue to work is 65 years.
