Age Limit for IOCL Recruitment 2023:

• The maximum age limit is 24 years.

Qualification for IOCL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates must have the given below qualifications to apply for IOCL Recruitment 2023.

For Trade Apprentice – Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) Discipline – Chemical-

• Applicant should have a 3 years B.Sc (Maths, Physics, Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry).

For Trade Apprentice (Fitter) Discipline – Mechanical-

• Applicant should have a Matric with ITI in Fitter Trade of a minimum 2 years duration with Pass class.

For Trade Apprentice (Boiler) Discipline – Mechanical-

• Applicant should have a 3-year B Sc. (Maths, Physics, Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry).

For Technician Apprentice Discipline – Chemical-

• Applicant should have a 3-year Diploma in Chemical Engg./Petrochemical Engg./Chemical Technology / Refinery and Petrochemical Engg.

For Technician Apprentice Discipline – Mechanical-

• Applicant should have a 3 years Diploma in Mechanical Engg.

For Technician Apprentice Discipline – Electrical-

• Applicant should have a 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engg. / Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

For Technician Apprentice Discipline-Instrumentation-

• Applicant should have a 3-year Diploma in Instrumentation Engg/ Instrumentation and Electronics/ Instrumentation and Control Engg, / Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering.

For Trade Apprentice-Secretarial Assistant-

• Applicant should have a 3-year B.A./B.Sc/B.Com.

For Trade Apprentice-Data Entry Operator (Skill Certificate Holders)-

• Applicant should have a Class XII pass with a Skill Certificate holder in `Domestic Data Entry Operator’.

Selection Procedure for IOCL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of a written test. The written test will consist of Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) with four possibilities and one right answer.

Candidates must secure the given percent of marks to be selected for the IOCL Recruitment 2023.

• For All Other- 40%
• For SC, ST, and PwBD categories- 35% 

Tenure for IOCL Recruitment 2023:

The selected candidate for IOCL Recruitment 2023 will be engaged for a period of 24 months.
