The candidates should have a Ph.D. in Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology. Background and experience in biological conversion of lignin into high value products through Microbial Fermentation, Microbial Bioprocessing will be preferred.
The candidates should have a Ph.D. in Chemistry/ Organic Chemistry/ In-organic Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry/ Physical Chemistry. Background and experience in Chemical catalysis of lignin to produce biofuels, biochemicals, bioproducts and energy research will be preferred.
In accordance with the official notification of IOCL Recruitment 2024, the selected candidates will get a monthly remuneration as per DBT/ DST norms and the available sanctioned research project grant.
As stated in the official announcement of IOCL Recruitment 2024, the engagement of the candidates will be on a temporary basis. The selected candidates will be appointed for an initial period of 01 year or till the tenability of the project/ scheme, whichever is earlier.
