Post Name and Vacancies for IOL Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of IOL Recruitment 2023, interested and desirous applicants are invited for the posts of Young Professional (HR, Marketing), and Junior Project Executive (Engineer, Optics Manufacturing, Thin Film Coating) on a temporary basis. There are a total of 12 vacancies available for the aforementioned position.

Qualification for IOL Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of IOL Recruitment 2023, the required qualifications of the candidates are mentioned below:

For Young Professional (HR)-

• The applicants should have a first-class Class Degree in any discipline with First Class MBA in HR/PG Diploma in HR of 02 years duration from a University /Institution recognised by the Government.

For Young Professional ( Marketing )-

• The applicants should have a first-class Class Degree in any discipline with First Class MBA/PG Diploma in Management of 02 years duration from a University /Institution recognised by the Government.

For Junior Project Excetive (Engineer)-

• The applicants should have a first Class Degree (or 5-year integrated course) in Engineering and Technology (Electronics/Electronics and Communications/ Electronics and Instrumentation/ Industrial Electronics), awarded by Universities/Institutions recognized by the Government.

For Junior Project Excetive ( Optics Manufacturing)-

• The applicants should have an M.Sc. Physics awarded by Universities / Institutions recognised by the Government.

For Junior Project Excetive (Thin Film Coating)-

• The applicants should have an M.Sc. Physics awarded by Universities / Institutions recognised by the Government.

Age Limitation for IOL Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of IOL Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for applying for the job positions is different for the given positions.

Age Limit according to the positions is as given below:

• Young Professional (HR): Not more than 35 years old.
• Young Professional (Marketing): Not more than 35 years old.
• Junior Project Executive (Engineer): Not more than 35 years.
• Junior Project Executive (Optics Manufacturing): Not more than 40 years.
• Junior Project Executive (Thin Film Coating): Not more than 40 years.

Tenure for IOL Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of IOL Recruitment 2023, the tenure will be contractual for an initial duration of 02/03 years, which may be extended further based on the candidates’ good performance and the company’s needs.

Salary for IOL Recruitment 2023:

As stated in the official notification of IOL Recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will get a monthly salary of Rs.50000 and Rs.65000 according to the posts.

Place of Posting for IOL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of IOL Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be posted in IOLHQ, Dehradun. However, may be deputed for official work to any of the units of IOL/Govt. Offices/Departments /Institutions/Firms/Labs.

Selection Procedure for IOL Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of IOL Recruitment 2023, the committee will select the qualified candidates based on their performance in the personal interview. The Interview shortlist will be tentative. Shortlisted candidates will get call letters through email. Candidates must print the call letter and follow the instructions provided on it.
