IPRCL Recruitment 2025: The Indian Port Rail and Ropeway Corporation Limited (IPRCL) is accepting applications from willing, motivated, and hardworking candidates to fill up 01 Vacancy for the position of Manager (Civil) E-2 on a deputation, Contract, and Re-employment annual contract basis. Selected candidates would be employed for a maximum of three years and receive monthly compensation in the range of Rs. 50,000–160,000 + IDA HRA + cafeteria-style allowances at 35% of Basic Pay and other benefits as permitted by IPRCL (see below). The chosen candidates will be assigned to Vijayawada.

A full-time degree in civil engineering is required to apply for the position, as stated in the official IPRCL Recruitment 2025 notification (not applicable for applicants applying for deputation and Re-employment). The maximum age limit for candidates who are willing to apply for the Manager (Civil) E-2 position is 57 years old on a deputation basis, 35 years for candidates hired on a Contract Basis, and 63 years for those who are hired on a Re-employment annual Contract basis. Qualification Required for IPRCL Recruitment 2025:

Eligibility Criteria for IPRCL Recruitment 2025:

In order to be eligible for the position mentioned above the candidates need to fulfil the mentioned below eligibility criteria as mentioned in the official notification of IPRCL Recruitment 2025 –

Appointment on Deputation Basis –

Officers should have service experience in Civil Engineering / Infrastructure Development subject to the following:

  • Group-C employees holding a post in PB-2/GP Rs.4600/4800 (pre-revised 6th CPC) revised to matrix level 7/8 (7th CPC) on a regular basis.

Appointment on Contract for Officers presently working in CDA/IDA Scales –

  • Officers should have service experience in Civil Engineering / Infrastructure Development in Railways / PSUs / JV Companies under Govt. control /Govt. Companies are subject to the following –

(i) For Officers working on the CDA scale –

  • Officers working in PB-2+ GP 4600 or PB-2+ GP 4200 (Pre-revised 6th CPC)
  • Revised to matrix level 7/6 under 7th CPC for a period of 04 years.

(ii) For Officers working on the IDA scale –

  • Working in IDA scale of Rs.20600-46500 (Pre-revised 2nd PRC) revised to Rs.50000-160000 under 3rd PRC and having Minimum 05 years of Managerial / Executive level service experience.
    OR
  • Working in IDA scale of Rs.16400-40500 (pre-revised) revised to Rs.40000-140000 under 3rd PRC for a period of 02 years and having Minimum 05 years of Managerial/Executive level service experience.

Age Limit for IPRCL Recruitment 2025:

For Appointment on Deputation –

  • The candidates will be paid E-2 Parent Department Pay + Deputation Duty Allowance + Other Allowances as per IPRCL HR Policy.

For appointment on contract for Officers presently working in CDA/IDA Scale –

  • The candidates will be paid E-2 50000-160000+ IDA HRA + Allowances under cafeteria approach @ 35% of Basic Pay & other benefits as admissible in IPRCL. Pay protection will be given to candidates as per DPE Guidelines.

For appointment on contract for Officers presently working in the Private Sector –

  • The candidates will be paid E-2 50000-160000+IDA+HRA + Allowances under cafeteria approach @35% of Basic Pay and other benefits as admissible in IPRCL. The selected candidate shall be placed at the minimum of Basic Pay. In the case of deserving and exceptional candidates, Basic Pay is negotiable.

For appointment on Re-employment –

The candidates will be paid E-2 50000-160000.

The following will be the remuneration –

  • Selected Candidates will be placed at a Starting Basic Pay of Rs.50,000/plus IDA and HRA will be admissible as per the rules.
  • Perks under the cafeteria approach will be paid @ 20% of Basic Pay.
  • Transport Allowance @ 10% of Basis Pay per month will be paid in case a vehicle is not provided by the Company. In case a vehicle is provided, the Transport Allowance will not be paid and the maximum permitted amount of Perks under the cafeteria will be reduced by 1%.
  • No Performance Related Pay will be paid.
  • Mobile/ landline/ Broad Band bill (All-inclusive) reimbursement will be paid subject to a ceiling of Rs.1000 per month.

Tenure for IPRCL Recruitment 2025:

Candidates appointed through IPRCL Recruitment 2025 will be set to the assigned position for the time frame listed below –

  • The usual terms of Deputation for 03 years OR
  • The Contract is for 03 years extendable further upto 02 years based on the performance of the candidate and requirements of the Company OR
  • The Re-employment annual contract basis is extendable further based on the performance of the candidate and the requirements of the Company.
