Essential Qualification for IRCON Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of IRCON Recruitment 2023, the candidate should have the following qualifications according to the posts:

For JGM/Electrical, DGM/Electrical

• The candidate should have a full-time bachelor’s degree. Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute or university approved by AICTE with not less than 60% marks or an equivalent grade

For Manager Electrical, Manager/OHE:

• The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree. Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute or university approved by AICTE with not less than 60% marks or an equivalent grade

For Manager/S&T-

• The candidate should have a graduation degree with not less than 60% marks from a reputed institute or university approved by AICTE in any of the specialisations such as Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering.

For Works Engineer/Electrical:

• The candidate should have a graduate degree in electrical engineering with not less than 60% marks from a recognized university or institute approved by AICTE or UGC.

For Site Supervisor Electrical:

• The candidate should have a diploma in electrical engineering with not less than 60% marks from a recognized university or institute approved by AICTE or UGC.

Required Experience for IRCON Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of IRCON Recruitment 2023, the candidates must have the required experience for the mentioned post:

For JGM/Electrical:

• Minimum Thirteen years of experience in Electrical construction in Railways, Metro, Power Transmission, and Power Distribution

For DGM/Electrical

• Minimum Nine years of experience in Electrical construction in Railways, metro, Power transmission, and Distribution

For Manager Electrical:

• Minimum Five years of experience in Electrical construction, Procurement, Installation, Testing and commissioning in railways, Power rail, power transmission, and distribution utilities
• Experience in railway OHE, power supply,  SCADA E and M, and electrical utility diversion shall be preferred.

For Manager/OHE

• A minimum of five years of experience in electrical construction work in railways, metro rail, and the State Electricity Board (OHE) will be preferred.

For Managers S and T

• Minimum five years of experience in areas of electronic interlocking, relay interlocking, automatic signalling, digital communication, GSM-R, and optical fibre communication

For Works Engineer/Electrical

• Minimum one year experience in electrical construction work

Site Supervisor/Electrical

• Minimum one year experience in electrical construction work

Age Limitation for IRCON Recruitment 2023:

Referring to the official notification of IRCON Recruitment 2023, the minimum and maximum age of the mentioned posts are 32 years and 50 years old, respectively.

Salary for IRCON Recruitment 2023:

As stated in the official notification of IRCON Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates for the mentioned position will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 80000.
