IRCTC Recruitment 2022: Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd. (IRCTC) invites eligible candidates for the post of Group General Manager. There is 01 vacancy and age should be 55 or 56 years. Job duration is three years or till IRCTC is exempted from the rule of immediate absorption, whichever is earlier. Given post level is E8 level Railneer.

The Scale of Pay: Rs.37400 to Rs.67000, GP 10000 (6thCPC) Level-14 (7thCPC), CDA pattern. Maximum age 55 years. OR Rs.37400 to Rs.67000,  GP-8700 (6thCPC)/Level-13 (7thCPC), CDA pattern with minimum 03 years’ service in 8700 GP /Level-13. Maximum age 56 years.

Job Profile: The officer is responsible for managing all aspects of the Railneer Projects as the Department Head at Corporate, including the establishment of new Railneer Plants, observing the production and distribution of Railneer, acquiring land from the Railways and other governmental entities, obtaining land licences, etc. for the construction of Railneer plants. He is in charge of ensuring the efficient operation of all business tasks delegated to him in relation to RNP initiatives.

Qualification Essential: Officers of Mechanical or Electrical Department of Railways.

Desirable: Officer having IT exposure will be preferred.

Experience: The number of years of experience and nature of experience of the officer in the specific areas as per requirement will be taken into consideration.

Benefits and Perks: Medical Allowance (outdoor): 7% of the basic wage if IRCTC medical facilities are used, including reimbursement for hospitalization-related medical expenses, The uniform fitment allowance is worth 7% of base salary and HRA at the established rate, etc.
