The IRCTC Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice has arisen with 01 Vacancy to be filled with a Deputationist Appointment on Joint General Manager (E5))/Deputy General Manager (E4) Post to be filled up with Parent Pay Plus Deputation (Duty) Allowance Plus Perks
Note: Officers working in Similar Posts in Railway Public Sector Undertakings, Other Central Government Ministries & Departments, their Public Sector Undertakings, State Governments and their Public Sector Undertakings, Autonomous Bodies, etc., with the Experience in other than Railway Protection Force/Health Services.
Based on the IRCTC Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice, Willing Eligible Officers may apply in the Prescribed Specimen Proforma for the Notified Deputationist Post Joint General Manager/Deputy General Manager. The Willing Officers with Eligibility for the Notified Post may also submit their respective Applications through E-mail. Deputation Tenure: 03-Years or till IRCTC remains Exempted from the Rule of Immediate Absorption, Whichever being Earlier. The Current Exemption is under process.

Pay Scale:
Rs. 15600-39100 Plus Grade Pay 6600, 6th CPC/Level 10, CDA Pattern (7th CPC) Or Rs.80000-220000 (IDA Scale) Or its Equivalent (Eligible for Joint General Manager/E-5 Level); Or
Rs. 15600-39100 Plus Grade Pay 5400, 6th CPC/Level 10, CDA Pattern (7th CPC) Or Rs.70000-200000 (IDA Scale) Or its Equivalent (Eligible for Deputy General Manager/E-4 Level);
Pay Scale:
Rs. 15600-39100 Plus Grade Pay 6600, 6th CPC/Level 10, CDA Pattern (7th CPC) Or Rs.80000-220000 (IDA Scale) Or its Equivalent (Eligible for Joint General Manager/E-5 Level); Or

Experience: Should have Minimum 03 Years’ Experience in Material Management/E-Tendering/ Procurement through Government e-Marketplace (GeM), in various capacities.
As per the Procedure advised by the Ministry of Railways Letter No, 2017/E(O) II/41/5 Dated 25.05.2017. Selection Committee Procedure for Evaluation of Applications and Selection of Officers to be taken on Deputation. The Public Sector Undertakings to constitute the Selection Committee and formulate Objective Selection Criteria, Parameters.
A Duly Constituted Committee shall Evaluate the Candidatures and select the Most Suitable Persons for the Job Based on the Evaluation Parameters. The Concerned Organizations/Public Sector Undertaking shall forward the Name of the Select Candidates for Approval of the Competent Authority in the Ministry of Railways.
Post-Selection the Candidate would be issued an Appointment On Deputation with Posting in New Delhi for 03 Years.
