According to the official notification of IREL Recruitment 2023, the eligible and desirous candidates for the posts of Junior Rajbhasha Adhikari, Junior Supervisor (Chemical), Junior Supervisor (Admin), Mining Mate, Mining Surveyor, Mining Foreman, Supervisor (Electrical), Supervisor (Civil) and Supervisor (Finance). There are a total of 32 vacancies available for the aforementioned positions.

Age Limitation for IREL Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of IREL Recruitment 2023, the applicant’s maximum age limit for the mentioned position must have the age of up to 33 years.

Qualification for IREL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of IREL Recruitment 2023, the required qualification is mentioned below-

For Junior Rajbhasha Adhikari-

• The candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi or English with Hindi as one of the subjects. OR
• The candidate should have a Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level. OR
• The candidate should have a Master’s degree in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level.

For Junior Supervisor (Chemical)-

• The candidate should have a Diploma in Engineering/ Graduate in Science with Chemistry as a major subject.

For Junior Supervisor (Admin)-

• The candidate should have a Degree Graduate in any discipline from a recognized Indian University.

For Mining Mate-

• The candidate should have HSC with a Mining Mate Certificate of Competency issued by DGMS as per Metalliferous Mines Regulations (MMR), 1961.

For Mining Surveyor-

• The candidate should have a Diploma in Mines Survey/ Mining Engineering with a Survey Certificate of Competency in Mining Survey from DGMS as per Metalliferous Mines Regulations (MMR), 1961.

For Mining Foreman-

• The candidate should have a Diploma in Mining with a Foreman Competency Certificate issued by DGMS as per Metalliferous Mines Regulations (MMR), 1961.

Experience for IREL Recruitment 2023:

For Junior Rajbhasha Adhikari-

• The candidate should have 03 years (for a bachelor’s degree)/ 01 year (for a master’s degree) of relevant post-qualification experience in translation from English to Hindi and Hindi to English. Knowledge of Official Languages Act, 1963 and Official Language Rules,1976.

For Junior Supervisor (Chemical)-

• The candidate should have a minimum of 03 Years post-qualification experience in a relevant field.

For Junior Supervisor (Admin)-

• The candidate should have a minimum of 03 Years post-qualification experience in a relevant field.

For Mining Mate-

• The candidate should have a minimum of 03 Years post-qualification experience in a relevant field.

For Mining Surveyor-

• The candidate should have a minimum of 03 Years post-qualification experience in a relevant field.

For Mining Foreman-

• The candidate should have a minimum of 06 Years post-qualification experience in a relevant field.

The Pay Scale for IREL Recruitment 2023:

Referring to the official notification of IREL Recruitment 2023, the shortlisted candidates would be paid a monthly salary of up to Rs.72000.

Application Fee for IREL Recruitment 2023:

In order to apply in the official notification of IREL Recruitment 2023, the non-refundable registration cost for male applicants in the General (UR), EWS, and OBC(NCL) categories is Rs.500. Females and SC/ST/PwBD/ESM candidates are exempt from paying the application fee. The application cost will be collected at the time the online application form is submitted.

Mode of Selection for IREL Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of IREL Recruitment 2023, the candidate’s selection will be determined based on the Written Test, Skill Test / Trade Test / Computer Proficiency Test and Psychometric Test in 2 stages. The written test will be a Computer Based Test (CBT). The written examination will be held for 2 Hours (in one sitting) consisting of two Papers. Paper-I will consist of 100 Objective-type questions on Professional Knowledge (Discipline) and Paper-II will consist of 50 objective-type questions on General Knowledge/Awareness, Reasoning, Numerical ability and General English with multiple choice answers in each Paper. The written examination will be held in Mumbai, Nagpur, Trivandrum, Kochi, Bhubaneswar, and Nagercoil.
