ISRO Recruitment 2023: Indian National Space Promotion and Authorization Centre (IN-SPACe) Ahmedabad, under Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), invites qualified and well-profiled Indian nationals to recruit vacant posts of Deputy Directors and Assistant Directors on a Deputation basis. According to the ISRO Recruitment 2023 official notification, the engagement of eligible candidates will be made for 7 available vacancies. The number of openings may be increased or decreased by IN-SPACe official terms. IN-SPACe will reserve the right to terminate the hiring process at any point without providing a justification. The maximum age for deputation is 56 years as of the closing day of the application submission. The period of deputation shall be 5 years which is extendable up to 7 years as per the extant orders by the authority.
According to the ISRO Recruitment 2023 official notification, the candidates hired for relevant positions will continue to receive their basic salary from the parent department, centre, or unit and be eligible for a deputation allowance. Interested and eligible candidates must apply through the appropriate channels. Applications, together with bio-data, attested copies of Annual Performance Appraisal Reports for the previous five years, and Vigilance Clearance Certificate, should be sent to the Assistant Director (P&GA), IN-SPACe Headquarters, Department of Space, Bopal-Chilaj Road, Bopal Ahmedabad, Gujarat, within 30 days of the post advertisement date, i.e. on or before 07.08.2023. Applications that are incomplete or late will not be evaluated and will be dismissed summarily.

According to the ISRO Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates should have the following eligibilities.
For Deputy Director (Technical Directorate)
The candidates should have Bachelor/ Master/ Doctoral Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics/Aerospace/Mechanical with experience in an interdisciplinary project management or execution role on rocket stages and/or launch systems, Assembly, integration and testing of launch vehicle systems, avionics, or equivalent work.
For Assistant Director (Technical Directorate)
The candidates should have Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics/ Aerospace/ Mechanical subjects. He/she should have experience in launch operations including range safety, handling ground support equipment at umbilical/service tower and/or TTC systems.
For Deputy Director (PMA)
The candidates should have M.Tech/ PhD or Equivalent in Physics/ Remote Sensing / Remote Sensing & GIS / Geoinformatics / Geomatics / Geospatial Technology/ Spatial Information Technology. He/she should have excellent communication & writing skills – project reports, proposals, and other documents.
