ISRO Recruitment 2023: Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Scientist/Engineer under various discipline. According to the official notification of ISRO recruitment 2023, there are a total of 303 vacancies for the given posts. In accordance with the official notification of ISRO recruitment 2023, the applied candidate must have done BE/ B.Tech or equivalent in respective disciplines. As mentioned in the official notification of ISRO recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 56100.
As given in the official notification of ISRO recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit is 28 years. Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test and interview. In addition, Dearness Allowance [DA], House Rent Allowance [HRA] and Transport Allowance are payable as per extant rules on the subject. The employees will be governed by the New Pension Scheme. Further, medical facilities for self and dependents, subsidised canteen, limited quarters facility (in lieu of HRA), Leave Travel Concession, Group Insurance, House Building Advance, etc. are admissible as per Central Government orders.

For Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (Electronics)- BE/ B.Tech or equivalent in Electronics & Communication Engineering with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10.
For Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (Mechanical)- BE/ B.Tech or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10.
For Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (Computer Science)- BE/ B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science Engineering with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10.
For Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (Electronics) – Autonomous Body – PRL- BE/ B.Tech or equivalent in Electronics & Communication Engineering with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10.
For Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (Computer Science) – Autonomous Body – PRL- BE/ B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science Engineering with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test and interview. All the details regarding the selection process will be intimated to shortlisted candidates through email.
Written test-
Part ‘A’ – Area/Discipline Specific part – Consists of 80 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) of 1 mark each (+1 and -1/3 pattern of marking).
Part ‘B’ – Aptitude/Ability Tests – Consists of maximum 15 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) totaling to 20 marks (No negative marks).
Interview– Based on performance in the written test, candidates will be short-listed for Interview in the ratio of 1:5, with an aggregate minimum of 10 candidates. For reserved vacancies, distinct/additional candidates will be short-listed in the ratio of 1:5 (maximum), without regard to the reserved candidates if any, short-listed under UR category;
The centre of test will be Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Chennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, New Delhi and Thiruvananthapuram. However, ISRO reserves the right to cancel/change the written test venue and re-allot the candidates to any other test centre.
