As per the official notification of ISRO Recruitment 2024, the required qualification is described below:

For Research Scientist

• The candidates must have an M.E / M.Tech in Remote Sensing & GIS / Geoinformatics or equivalent Specialization With B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering/Agricultural Engineering.

For Project Scientist-I

• The candidates must have an M.E / M.Tech in Remote Sensing & GIS / Geoinformatics or equivalent Specialization With B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering/ Geoinformatics or Equivalent Specialization.

For Project Associate-II

• The candidates must have 02 Years of experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organisations and Scientific activities and
  services.

For Junior Research Fellow

• The candidates must have an M.Sc in Atmospheric Sciences/ Meteorology or equivalent Specialization with B.Sc. having Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

Tenure for ISRO Recruitment 2024:

The selected candidates for ISRO Recruitment 2024, temporarily for one year which can be further extended based on the performance of the candidates in the periodical review or co-terminus with the project, whichever is earlier.

Salary for ISRO Recruitment 2024:

Referring to the official notification of ISRO Recruitment 2024, the salaries of the selected candidates received compensation are described below:

For Research Scientist

• The chosen candidates will get a salary of Rs. 56100 in the Pay Matrix (as per VII CPC) + Dearness Allowance and HRA(if not provided with accommodation) at the prescribed rates in force at the place of posting will be paid.

For Project Scientist-I

• The chosen candidates will get a salary of Rs. 5600 per month and HRA at the prescribed rates in force at the place of posting will be paid.

For Project Scientist-II

• The chosen candidates will get a salary of Rs. 5600 per month and HRA at the prescribed rates in force at the place of posting will be paid, if not provided with accommodation.

For Project Associate-I

• The chosen candidates will get a salary of Rs.31000 per month and HRA at the prescribed rates in force at the place of posting will be paid, if not provided with accommodation.

For Project Associate-II

• The chosen candidates will get a salary of Rs.35000 per month and HRA at the prescribed rates in force at the place of posting will be paid, if not provided with accommodation.

For Junior Research Fellow

• The chosen candidates will get a salary of Rs.37000 per month with a possibility to be increased to ₹42,000/- as Senior Research Fellow (SRF) after two years upon successful completion and review of research work of the previous two years by a review committee.

Selection process for ISRO Recruitment 2024:

The candidates will be selected for ISRO Recruitment 2024 based on an interview. The shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
