Age Limit for ITDC Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of ITDC Recruitment 2023, the age limit for the mentioned post is as given below-

• The maximum age limit for the post of General Manager (Ashok Travel & Tours) is 45 years as on 01.03.2023.
• The maximum age limit for the post of Assistant Manager (AC-Design) is 30 years as on 01.03.2023.

Qualification and Experience for ITDC Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of ITDC Recruitment 2023, the required qualification and experience are mentioned below-

For Assistant Manager (AC-Design)-

• Graduate in Commercial Arts or Graduate in Fine Arts with Graphic Designing as one of the subjects with a minimum of 60% marks from a government-recognized University or Institute. Or
• Master’s Degree in Graphic Designing with a minimum of 60% marks from a government-recognized University or Institute.

Experience-

• Having 04 Years and above post-qualification experience with thorough working knowledge of Designing Software in a Design House/Advertising House of repute with CTC not less than Rs. 5 Lakhs per annum.

Desirable-

• Knowledge of different printing processes and photography will be an added qualification.
• A certificate course in Multi-media will be an added qualification.

For General Manager (Ashok Travel & Tours)-

• Full-time MBA/02 Years PG Diploma in Management with minimum 60% marks. Or
• Masters in Tours/Travels/Tourism with minimum 60% marks. Or
• Post-Graduation in any subject with minimum 60% marks and 15 years of experience in handling Tours and travels.

Experience-

• Minimum 15 Years of experience out of which 10 years experience in Tours & Travels for (a) & (b).
  (i) Executive presently working / have worked in Govt./Semi Govt./PSUs etc should have experience of two years in one scale below i.e. Rs.70,000- 2,00,000/- IDA revised E-4 level/ Rs.78,800- 2,09,200/- CDA revised. Or
  (ii) Executives who are working/have worked in pvt. Sector or not covered under Point (i) above, should have drawn a minimum annual CTC of Rs. 14 lakhs per annum for at least 2 years.

Salary for ITDC Recruitment 2023:

Selected candidates will get a monthly salary as mentioned below-

• The selected candidates for the post of General Manager (Ashok Travel & Tours) should get a monthly salary between Rs.80000 to Rs.220000.
• The selected candidates for the post of Assistant Manager (AC-Design) should get a monthly salary between Rs.40000 to Rs.140000.

Selection Process for ITDC Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of ITDC Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be selected on the basis of interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.

As per the official notification of ITDC Recruitment 2023, candidates have to pay Rs.500 (excluding applicable Convenience Fees and Taxes) as an application fee.
