JKSSB Recruitment 2022: Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board has invited Online Applications for the Candidates fulfilling the Eligibility Criteria for various Posts. The Eligible Candidates, who satisfy the Eligibility conditions for District/Divisional/Union Territory Cadre Recruitment and Kashmiri Migrants and Non-Migrant Kashmiri Pandits. may apply Online for Registration. The Last Date for Online Registration of the Application will end on 19th October 2022
Candidates must apply online at https://ssbjk.org.in, the JKSSB’s online application portal. Other modes of application will not be accepted.
Candidates who have not already registered on the portal must first go to the portal and register themselves by clicking on the “Candidate Registration” link on or before 19th October 2022.

Designated Posts: District/Divisional/Union Territory Cadre Posts: 34 Vacancies
Centre of Examination: The J&K Services Selection Board shall notify the Venue /Centre of examination separately. No representation/ request for change in this regard shall be entertained, whatsoever be the reason.
Scheme of Examination:
I. The Examination will consist of Objective Type, Multiple choice questions only. The questions will be set in English only.
II. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
III. Tentative Answer Keys, in due course after the Examination, will be placed on the website of the Board (www.jkssb.nic.in). Any representation regarding Answer Keys received within the time limit fixed by the Board at the time of uploading of the Answer Keys, will be scrutinized and the decision of the Board in this regard will be final. No representation regarding Answer keys shall be entertained, afterwards.
IV. Marks scored by candidates in written test will be normalized, if required, to determine final merit and cut-off marks.
v. The Board would, if deemed necessary, notify minimum qualifying marks to be obtained by each candidate in the written examination for consideration against any of the advertised posts
i. The candidates who are shortlisted for Document Verification are required to appear for Document Verification along with the original documents as well as self-attested Photostat copy of each document as per the Advertisement notification. Each candidate must be in possession of the prescribed academic qualification and otherdocuments like Domicile certificate, Category certificate on or before the last date of submission of online application form.
ii) Candidates have to bring two passport size recent colour photographs and one original Photo ID Proof while appearing for the Document Verification. Photo ID Proof can be: Aadhaar Card/ Printout of E-Aadhaar, Voter’s ID Card, Driving License, PAN Card, Passport, School/College/University I Card, Employer ID card (Govt./ PSU/ Private), etc.
Application Fee to be made in Online Mode.
I. Fees are payable in the amounts of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) for General Category and Rs.400/- (Rupees Four Hundred Only) for SC, ST, PWD, and EWS Categories.
II. Fees may only be paid online using Net Banking, a credit or debit card.
III. Applications received without the specified fee will be rejected summarily. No objections to such rejection will be accepted. The fee will not be repaid under any circumstances, nor will it be used to another test or selection.
IV. All issues concerning the reimbursement of excess payment, if any, are resolved by the J&K Service Selection Board. Candidates are recommended to seek for a refund of any excess payment only through the official website www.ssbjk.org.in/. No chargeback requests will be considered.

2. Candidates must have a valid email address and a mobile phone number in order to register and create login credentials. OTP (One Time Password) verification would be used to validate the same.
3. Candidates must login using their login credentials after generating them by clicking on “Candidate Login.” Candidates can alter their cellphone number, email address, and password at any time, but they cannot change their first name, last name, or gender.
