Coca Cola is hiring well qualified and prosperous candidates for the post of Associate Manager Finance at their Ahmedabad, India location. In This role, Project Finance Associate will be a part of the Operation Project Team. The Associate will support financial management responsibilities and financial analysis activities for projects to monitor budget and actuals and minimize financial risks.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project budget trackers in support of the operations teams.
• Respond to internal and external requests for financial/budgeting assistance from Operations.
• Compiling and evaluating financial proposals of various vendors/suppliers related to projects
  Responsible for close monitoring of the project deliverables
• Setting up and driving Internal control systems for project finance – safeguard assets, prevent fraud, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Responsible for Budgetary control & Cashflow management
• Active involvement in contract negotiation to ensure financial terms and conditions of project contracts aligns with the project’s financial objectives.
• Perform financial analysis of projects and portfolios as directed.
• Responsible for ensuring Compliance with Regulatory & statutory & Internal control system
• Reporting Management reporting project, operations & Project KPI tracking, Statutory Handling & coordinating Audit statutory, tax, internal & Banking requirements & Group Finance team.

Related Work Experience:

• Proficient in Managing Project Finance Operations for a Manufacturing Project
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Finance Function
• Exposure to FMCG Manufacturing setups, projects execution in the similar Industry
• Financial modeling & Experience in tracking & monitoring financial risk
• Coordinating Audits & Experience in Management Reporting

Preferred Qualification:

• Graduate Degree in Business Finance/Accounting
• Good Knowledge of SAP and BI
• MIS and Reporting
• Exposure to the FMCG environment and Manufacturing areas will be preferred
