Overview:

Bosch is hiring an experienced Audit Analyst at their Bangalore location. You will develop trust-based relationships with the program’s key stakeholders, and manages the timely and successful delivery program.

What will you be doing:

Proficiently obtains, organizes, and analyzes data to make fact-based decisions and drive root cause analysis.

Navigates collaborative environment, succeeding through regular meetings and clear formal and informal communication with team members.

Uses above-par written and oral communication for effective stakeholder management.

Knowledge of SAP systems and Governance concepts.

Defines the program strategies, develops program roadmap, and organizes work streams and milestones.

Builds and Uses data analytics to make day-to-day audit and business decisions and result achievement.

Works with global and regional teams to lead program’s adoption efforts.

Responsible for regular business reviews with both internal and external partners.

Ability to manage team of high performers and ensures high service delivery and execution.

Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership, and lead a team to understand business goals, analyze opportunities and develop improvement projects.

Articulate and able to communicate with employees at all levels across the organization, from front-line associates to executives through white papers as well as verbal communication.

Qualifications for this Job:

Bcom, Mcom, CA Inter with experience in SAP Implementation and End-user proficiency in FICO.

5 to 8 years of experience.

SAP is mandatory.

Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills.

Experience in working with business teams globally.

Has a background in automating operational tasks (e.g. RPA, advance excel macros, ACL, advanced scripting), thereby driving process excellence and adoption of different tools and resources.

Self-starter capable of taking initiative and working with minimal direction.

Proven ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Courageous and willing to stand up for their ideas within appropriate guidelines.

SAP experience is mandatory.
