The Ideal Candidate should be able to:
Stealthwatch is network visibility and security intelligence to protect enterprises against today’s top threats. By analyzing NetFlow, IPFIX and other types of network telemetry, our Stealthwatch System delivers Context-Aware Security Analytic to quickly detect a wide range of attacks from APTs and DDoS to zero-day malware and insider threats.
Combining continuous lateral monitoring across enterprise networks with user, device and application awareness, we accelerate incident response, improve forensic investigations and reduce enterprise risk. Our security capabilities are continuously enhanced with threat intelligence from the Stealthwatch Labs research team.
You have 1-3 years of experience interacting with customers in a client-facing role with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
You hold a CCNA/CCNP or equivalent level of demonstrated networking knowledge in Route/Switch and Security.
Have foundational knowledge and experience with TCP/IP and Routing Protocols.
Innate crisis management skills and the tenacity to handle critical customer issues.
You are dedicated to resolving complex technical problems, multitasking, and being a customer advocate to achieve customer success
Experience in one or more Security/Cloud Security Technologies and solutions like Firewall, VPN , AAA and Firepower, ISE, Stealthwatch, AMP for endpoints, etc.
CCIE Security – Highly preferred.
Expertise in troubleshooting complex Security related issues.
Preferred Deep understanding of TCP/IP, Routing and Switching fundamentals will be preferred.
Knowledge and understanding of Industry technologies like Virtualization, Linux, and Python are preferred
Customer-facing experience is mandatory.
Good communication skills and ability to convince and build social relationships.
The ability to work with a multi-functional and geographically diverse team is expected.
Solve problems creatively and multi-task in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.
Ability to Assertively communicate and demonstrate Technical Leadership on Troubleshooting scenarios, especially over WebEx / telephonic customer conversations.
