PhonePe is hiring an experienced Senior Operations Analyst – Ad Ops at their Bengaluru location. The Core responsibility of the role will be for handling day to day business operations and improving operational processes. This position requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, positive professional attitude, and ability to work in a team environment and ensure smooth daily operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

Responsible for handling day to day business operations with external and internal stakeholders

Able to define and execute the Process for the areas under your ownership

Should have a sound understanding of requirements gathering to take any certain campaigns / offers live

Develop and maintain deep knowledge of all PhonePe offer products and features

Conduct/participate in calibration sessions and help ensure alignment across all team members

Strongly focused on execution

Ability to meet deadlines

The Ideal Candidate should also have:

Have worked earlier in designing/execution of a campaign requirement

Detail oriented with the capacity to organize and prioritize among multiple projects

Loves to work with data; can analyse trends/deviations, derives meaningful insights and effective plans

Exceptional commitment towards customer experience/ Business operations

Should have a well-developed capacity to embrace change with consistent positivity and an appropriate sense of urgency.

Eligibility:

Bachelor’s Degree (BCA, B. E / B. Tech are preferred), equivalent experience can also be considered.

Excellent communication Skills

Minimum work experience of 2-4 years in operations/payment industry.

Ability to multitask and prioritize, with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills

Familiar with systems Knowledge, commonly used software applications, and process workflows/standard work templates

Should have sound knowledge of SQL

Must be able to work with minimal supervision

Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required
